“Black Cat Design designed and created our web site a few years ago and really helped get our organisation onto the internet, giving us a web presence that really reflected our ethos and the work that we do. Kate has been working with us ever since to keep us and our website up to date, with a complete re-design of the site in 2006, reflecting our growing and developing organisation and including new departmental sections, video clips and on-line exhibitions.

Black Cat Design also design our promo print work inc. Annual Reports and exhibitions, as well as the web site, and we get great feedback about the professional quality of all their design and print work, as well as a great deal of our new clients and partners as a result of it.”

“We are really pleased with our website, its design and functionality and the quick turnaround in Kate’s work. The new website is so easy for us to update and ‘hits’ to our site have increased as a result of us being able to keep it up to date, and simpler navigation for visitors. Kate involved us as clients at every stage of the design and implementation process, but was equally happy and able to just ‘get on with job’ at times when we found it difficult to spend time on the project, and the after-care support is flexible and reassuring. We’ve used her before, and have no hesitation in recommending.”

Bridgend People First

“Thank you for the 2 websites you have designed for Bridgend People First.   As you know, people with learning disabilities often have difficulty in reading, so often rely on pictures to tell a story. You have been able to integrate photos into both our websites, and it does make all the difference to our visitors, most of whom are people with learning disabilities.

As an advocacy organisation, it is really important that people feel able to express their views, and that people who work with us listen to what our Members have to say.   You have been great to work with, and taken on board what we want to put over on our websites. You have also managed to use the KISS rule (Keep It Short and Simple) which is also important to people who have difficulty concentrating or taking in a lot of difficult information.”
